# Aspire Financial Services

> Accounting, financial and CFO advisory services for small to mid-sized businesses. Based in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and working remotely with clients nationwide. Led by Amy J. Speece, President / CEO, with more than 30 years of experience managing finances, operations and advisory services for small and midsize businesses.

## Services
- Financial Management: clear monthly numbers and a budget you can steer by. Every month: financial statements in plain English, an annual budget kept current, a cash flow report, and the few numbers that matter most tracked. The client's part: one thirty minute review call a month.
- Profit Planning: know exactly what you need to sell, and at what price, to hit the profit you want this year. Every year: a profit plan with a clear revenue target, the break-even number, prices checked against real costs, and labor, materials and marketing costs reviewed for margin leaks. The client's part: two working sessions and access to the books.
- Strategic & Operational Planning: a clear plan for where the business is going and a team set up to get there. Every year: goals turned into a written plan with priorities and owners, team structure mapped, operational bottlenecks found and fixed, strengths and gaps named, and job descriptions written. The client's part: one kickoff session and short check-ins.
